Let the sunshine in!
With all the sunshine we have had lately, this is the way to enjoy it! This large sapele front entry door unit for a private residence will let ample sunshine in, while keeping the heat efficiently outside. The Low-E-270 glass used in the sidelites reduces the sun’s heat and damaging UV rays, but makes sure plenty of light gets in!
Open doors!
Isn’t that the truth? There are open doors everywhere and we wait in front of the closed ones?

Find beauty in everything!
There is beauty in everything – even in a pile of saw dust. But there is even more beauty in the natural, rich look of wood.
Natural solid wood is probably the most attractive material for a decorative front door. Depending upon the type of wood you select, it can also be one of the most expensive door materials. If you select large decorative glass panels, their cost is sometimes more than the door itself.
But installing a new efficient front door should save energy and reduce your utility bills to help offset the cost of the door. A new door will also seal outdoor air leakage much better than your old one.

Remember the barn door we featured here a few weeks ago? We just received a picture of the painted and installed barn door made of knotty alder and it looks AMAZING. What a beautiful addition to the house.

Barn doors are “all the rage”!
Lately we see barn doors everywhere. They add a rustic look to your house and look great, no matter if your style is contemporary or conservative. This beautiful barn door is made from knotty alder and comes with barn door hardware and all.
The people who purchased this barn door from us just renovated their house and wanted the door to match with other parts of their interior design. So we found the perfect wood for them.
The detail is amazing and we are looking forward to see the door “in action”. Hopefully we will be able to show you a picture of the door once it’s installed. This is true craftsmanship!
