The client had leased space to a new school, who needed doors rather than the existing windows, for egress. They needed four. We build these units, using standard wooden doors with panic hardware to slip into the openings after the kneewall had been removed. Now, the owner is storing the original windows until such a time comes that he needs his original space back. He can have it both ways. You can accomplish alot with creative millwork!
