Here’s the situation. The home owner wishes to install a privacy panel in a narrow stairway to create a clothes closet for visitors in his vacation home, and at the same time, a lockable area for personal things; a very common problem with vacation condos. He also needs it fully assembled and configured so he can install it himself with minimal tools and no help. One last thing: he needs to haul it 300 miles in a very small vehicle.
